I'd just like to share my health story. I'm a 27-year-old male and I feel better than I have ever felt. Fifteen years ago, I began a round of consultations with doctors to find out why was always tired, had sinus congestion, ringing ears, dizziness, stomach pain, back pain, sore joints, blurry vision and a cold every second week (or so it seemed).
Over the years, I put on an extra 15kg and in the final year of my degree (I failed many subjects - hardly surprising, as I was almost unable to function), I was diagnosed with hypoglycaemia and depression.
