I had chronic headaches everyday for the past 10 years. I would also get at least 2-3 migraines a month that would take me away from my family for 2-3 days each time. I lost anywhere between 4 to 9 days a month for years.
I never wanted to get out of bed in the morning, because I felt like I didn’t get any sleep even though I was sleeping for 8-10 hours. I was so tired that after taking my daughter to school I would come home and take a 2 hour nap. I was depressed because I knew there were things that I should be doing, but I just didn’t have the energy to do them. I couldn’t even walk up my stairs without having to stop and take a rest.
I was always one of those people in school that was thin and could eat whatever I wanted. That caught up with me after college. In 7 years I went from a size 5/6 to a size 18. That was very difficult for me, and all the while I was trying to lose some weight. In April 2002 we took a family vacation to Disney World and I decided I was going to be comfortable in my clothes -- little did I know I would have to buy a size 18! After we got back and I saw my picture, I couldn’t believe it. I then started Weight Watchers as a last resort and ended up losing 10 pounds and then gaining 13 back again. So I was back to my 168lbs.
I started on the Ultimate Green Program on July 18, 2002 and within 3 days I had no more headaches or migraines. I was able to RUN after my kids, or chase them up those same stairs without getting tired. I was able to get up in the morning ready for a new day, I had the energy that I needed to start my day because I actually slept better even though it was less hours.
The BEST part was by August 30, 2002, just 6 weeks after starting the program I had lost 25 pounds and went from that size 18 to an 8!! I felt Great! I went on to lose the entire 40 lbs in just 3 months and went down to a size 4. Now I look better, I feel better , I am healthier and more confident than I was in High School. I have kept that off for 8 months now, and I will keep it off for the rest of my life! Thank You Herbalife for changing my life!!!!

I have had to deal with migraines since I was a teenager.
Since I have been on the Herbalife products the last 4 months, they rarely show up anymore! But I did get one while I was sleeping a couple weeks ago. I saw the aura in my dream, and went (in my dream) to the medicine cabinet and took Advil, which is what I usually do when the aura comes on, to ward off the majority of the headache.
Well, dream medications just don't work, and I woke up with a throbbing headache. I took ibuprofen right away, but an hour later was no better off.
My husband brought me my morning shake and tablets, then offered me 2green and a beige. Figuring it couldn't hurt, I accepted. 10 minutes later I noticed the pain subsiding, and 1/2 an hour later was completely back to normal! (Whatever that is!) The pain was gone and I was ready to work! Thank you, Herbalife!
I would like to extend my personal congratulations to your magazine for taking such an interest in helping those who suffer so needlessly from severe headaches. I am happy to say that I used to know what they were like. Maybe I should start form the beginning.
I spent most of my life watching my mother suffering terribly from migraine headaches, yet the only thing the doctors would advise was pain killers. It seemed that I was destined to inherit her affliction. For over six long years I suffered from severe migraine headaches, my only recourse was 222's with codeine along with extra strength sleeping pills. Twice I overdosed.
Feeling completely numb from head to toe afraid to lie down I would force myself to vomit and then pace for hours until I was sure the pills had worn off. I consulted my family doctor several times but all he would suggest was stronger pain killers. Finally after having a migraine for six days and taking myself to emergency in the early hours of the morning, I insisted that tests be done. Specialist after specialist poked, pulled, took blood, and x-rayed, each told me they could find nothing wrong and that I would just have to learn to live with it.
Then one day I discovered "Cellular Nutrition". I had begun taking this specialised program looking for an increase in energy. Well I certainly found it. However after several weeks on the program I realised that I haven't had any headaches whatsoever. It has now been over a year and a half and I am thrilled to say that I haven't had a single headache. I have also shared my discovery with several others all with the same fantastic results.

I am a Transport Operator and have tried a lot of ways to lose weight, none of which worked very good until I replied to a business opportunity and stumbled on to this great product called "Cellular Nutrition". I gave it a go and to my amazement I lost 2kg in the first 26 hrs. In total I’ve lost 14 kgs , but more amazingly I have suffered with migraines very severely for about 15-20 yrs.
