Lost 3 kilos and went from a size 12-10 in 8.5 weeks! I have gone on to convert any excesses to lean muscle; I am now a size 8 and another kilo lighter.

 "I Have So Much Energy - I Feel Like A New Person!"

You're not even going to believe how much my health has improved! I am a 27 year old guy and I fee my entire life. My story goes like this: 15 years ago my mother took me to the doctor because I was always extremely tired. I suffered with sinus congestion, constipation, fatigue, stomach pain, dizziness, ringing ears, water retention, back pain, itchy scalp, sore joints, weakness, flatulence, blurry vision, anxiety and I used to have a cold every second week it seemed. At school the teachers came to see my parents to find out why I was sleeping at school so much. When I left school, one friend wrote on my shirt, "don't sleep at varsity, they don't care."

I'm 6ft 2" tall (187cm) and I progressively put on weight over the years until I became 15 kgs (2st) overweight. In my final year of studying my civil engineering degree when I was 22, I failed many subjects which were not surprising as I was almost unable to function. I was then diagnosed with hypoglycemia and depression. That's when my doctors were able to buy new cars and send their children off to private schools. I went through 4 different types of anti-depressants. When that failed, I tried the meat only diet, the vegetable only diet, the calorie controlled diet, the raw foods diet, the bodybuilder diet, the yo-yo diet, the homeopath, exercise, only to become frustrated and unable to gain health. Melissa, now my wife, I think suffered more than I did. Being around someone who is depressed is not easy, as some of you might know. She was telling my story to a work colleague the other day and burst into tears halfway through. I think that sums up the emotion of my improvement.

Then almost at the same time, I discovered my allergies to dairy and wheat which is symptomatic of Candida, and I started using the Herbalife products. Candida is a massive deficiency in digestive enzymes in the gut. It is closely related to ME / chronic fatigue / yuppie flu. The products just give your body the excellent nutrition it needs and are so easy to use. And I didn't get ill every time I 'ate'.

Within 3 days I had so much energy, I felt like a new person. In my first month I lost 10 kgs (1,5st) and quickly lost my excess weight and now weigh 83kgs (13st). I feel fantastic and all my symptoms have either disappeared or are almost fixed up. I have been using the products for 2 years now and will do so for the rest of my life. My sickness and occasional colds completely disappeared after 6 months of using the products. I haven't been to any doctors or natural healers since.

Before Herbalife, I was fat and tired at 223 pounds with a 40-inch pant waist. I also had minor acid reflux and battled some adult skin problems. I hated to exercise as I had developed a painful right-heel spur. My wife and I were both generally unhappy with the situation. On Sept 19 1983 on my 40th birthday is when I found Herbalife.
