My testimonial is about one of my customers amazing results with the products.

My customer is a male in his mid-50's and had type 2 Diabetes. Before starting the products he suffered from a variety of problems. He was always being tired, taking strong medication, 30 Lbs overweight, and worst of all his blood sugar level was over 500.

Before Herbalife...I was an overweight...stressed out... "Insulin Dependent Diabetic" ... mother of two, who also suffered from depression and panic/anxiety disorder.

Since Herbalife... I have cut my insulin dose in half. My sugars have all been in the normal range... I am off all prescription drugs for my depression and panic/anxiety ... the stress is gone! And best of all... I've lost 30 Lbs!

Here are the products I use in order of importance:

(Note- I am on insulin ... it is advised to slowly adjust insulin dose by 1-2 units every 3-4 days according to your sugar numbers. So with that in mind the gold program did not supply enough carbs needed to prevent insulin shock (low blood sugars). The green program keeps me in perfect balance until I can come down low enough on my insulin to switch over to the gold. Also if your customer has kidney or liver failure...High protein is not recommended. I am also nursing my almost 10 month old ... so I do not use the Total Control...yet. I will be in another couple of months or so...)

The Products:

Cellular Nutrition

• Formula 1- 2x's a day ... breakfast and dinner.
• Also I do a half a shake for nighttimes snack. I make the shake using Lactaid with soy protein fat free milk. Its 110 calories and has 14 grams of protein per serving! I also put the Performance Protein Powder in my shakes for even more protein. I have healthy kidneys and liver ... and this boosted my weight-loss!
• Formula 2 and 3- 3x's a day.
• Yellow- 2 tablets 3x's a day (with main meals) and 1 tablet before bed.
• Active fibre 3x's a day. Mixed with shakes or aloe drink.
• Herbal Aloe- all day long!!! My grandpa died from complications resulting from diabetes one of which was acid reflux ... very common with diabetes. This product is essential for prevention as well as treatment!
• Herbal Concentrate- in the morning after I nurse and once again late afternoon.
• Schizandra plus, ExtremeC (very important for diabetics) - 1- 3x's a day.
• Ocular Defence- 1-2x's a day.
• Herbalifeline-3-3x's a day.
• Joint Support-1-2x's a day.
• Triple Berry- 1 a day.
• Cell-u-Loss 1 -3x's a day.
• Xtra-Cal- 1-3x's a day and 2 before bed
• Protein Bars- as needed for cravings and snacks.
• Herbal Cleans- as directed. Aides in weight-loss plateaus.
• Lots of water ... at least 4 20 oz bottles a day ... dehydration will make sugar levels higher. Also water aids in weight-loss.

Closing thoughts...

I tried CarboGuard ... didn't find a significant change in blood sugars ... it did however help with cravings. For insulin dependent diabetics the cravings for sweets are sometimes uncontrollable...weight-loss is slow so a lot of encouragement is needed. Slowly introduce products so you know what will affect insulin dose. If sugar goes low ... most diabetics will panic grabbing something that will boost the sugar, usually candy ... or juice which is high in calories. This defeats the weight-loss. A low calorie glucose tables work well to get the sugar levels back up quickly. Work closely with your diabetic customers ... depression is common with them and they will get discouraged easily. Remind them that the most important thing is control of blood sugars ... the weight-loss will happen! It may be slow ... but it will happen!

I know I said I listed the products in order of importance ... but the fact is they are all important! I can't imagine being without any of them! I feel so good on these products and if I miss even one serving I can tell the difference. These products have literally saved my life! Being diabetic imprisoned me with a very miserable existence... Herbalife has set me free and allowed me to live! Unbelievable!!! Thank you Mark ... and thank you HERBALIFE!!! Also, thank you Randy and Kathy Davis ... for not giving up on me!!!

PS.  I am considered Type 2 Diabetic... I was diagnosed after my first child. Because I did nothing to help control my diabetes I am in need of insulin. This is very important for Type 2 Diabetics that can still control their Diabetes with exercise and diet ... if they don't get control soon you will suffer more later. The products I use can be used for both Type 1 and Type 2. The only difference is ... if you are on insulin or pills you have to watch low blood sugar. If you can control it by diet and exercise ... the gold program is recommended. Relax now is an excellent product for diabetes because stress is one of the major contributors of type 2 diabetes next to diet and exercise.

There is so much information about Diabetes ... so if you have specific questions, I can help you with both types...

Just in case you want to know...for the depression ... panic/anxiety I use:

While I'm nursing:

• Ultimate Ginkgo-1 in morning 1 before bed.
• Schizandra plus, Extreme C - 1- 3x's a day.

When not nursing add to the above:

„h k-8- 1-3x's a day.

„h St. Johnswort-2 before bed.

„h MentaBalance- 2-3 before bed.

„h Tang Kuei-1-3x's or as needed.

„h Relax Now- 1-2 a day.

I also meditate and exercise. So there you have it, I hope this helps.
