Our baby Zea was born on 30 December 2003. At 6 weeks she was diagnosed with a "Leak heart". There was a hole between the lower two heart chambers - 20 mm long. It was forcing oxygen rich blood back into the lungs - causing severe damage. My son, Owain, is 22 months old and was recently diagnosed with diabetes type 1. My name is Erva from NJ, I have a wonderful child's story to share with you.
My 9 year old son RJ was born 9 weeks premature with a birth weight of 2 lbs. 13oz. He grew up with many medical conditions such as high blood pressure, heart trouble, and chronic otitis media, resulting in 8 surgeries and scarred tissue damage in the ears.
