Hi my name is Rob Kilsby. I am now 52 years young; however that was not always the case.

My background was in the transport industry as a Linehaul Driver running interstate most every night between capital cities and the long hours (14 - 17 Hour days) and bad eating habits took its toll.

I got on to the products and noticed a big increase in energy in the first 24 - 48 hours going on to loose 10kg's in the first 8 weeks then losing a total of just on 22kg's within a 5 month period.

Not only was I growing more allergic to everything as I aged, I'm 47 and had asthma from childhood - to the extent that I developed a "pigeon chest" - a chest bone that stands out a little from struggling to breathe through Asthma attacks as a child before inhalers. As an adult I always had 2 Asthma pumps handy. One next to my bed and one in my car. I would turn around wherever I was if it wasn't in the car.

I moved from Jhb to Cape Town 3 years ago and it improved and I only used to inhale about 1 - 2 doses a day. Dosage is normally 2 sprays a time but I reduced it to one at a time so was using in the region of around 30 - 60 sprays a month.

All I can tell you is that I began using the maintenance program of one Shake a day, the Fibre and Herb tablets, Lipobond (just for a month), Thermojetics tea average of once a day and slowly over the second and third months began adding the NRG, VMH, RoseOx and Aloe juice.                                                                         I've been using Herbalife for about 7 months and from the third month or so I realised that my allergies had gone and I was using my Asthma pump around 3 to 8 times a month.

When you know you can help someone you love dearly yet they believe that nothing can help them and they insist on medication from their Dr because "their Dr knows best" it is very hurtful and upsetting. This was the case with my father. Twelve years ago he had a mild heart attack, he suffers from emphysema and is a chronic asthmatic - so not in the best of health. He knew I became a Herbalife distributor some 16 months ago but was not interested in trying any of the products, even though I was sure he would have a better quality of life. Well, his health deteriorated over the winter of 2003 and, as in every year that I can remember, he was constantly on antibiotics to help cope with his bronchitis and breathing problems. I pleaded with him to try some of the targeted products but still, he said his Dr was trying her best and he had great faith in her - how do you think that made me feel? That he didn't have faith in me!

When his Dr finally told him that she had exhausted all the types of antibiotics that could help him, he pretty much gave up and said he didn't think he had much longer for this world. I was very upset and couldn't actually talk to him about it any longer. He was approaching his 80th birthday, January 2004, and he was talking about whether he'd be around for it.

I was horrified and said he would not attempt to climb the cliff steps - he insisted and before I could stop him he was off. Well, none of us could keep up with him, he reached the top before any of us, was not out of breath and was so pleased with himself that I cried. There is absolutely no way in which he could have done that 6 months ago. He agrees that the ONLY thing that has changed in his life has been his Herbalife products and thanks me over and over again for introducing them into his life.

I have been on Herbalife products for 7 months. I since have lost the urge to smoke a packet of cigi's a day, I no longer have asthma attacks at night, my sinus is diminishing and most of all my chronic fatigue, which I have suffered from for 10 years has ran off to claim another victim, thanks to Herbalife and 8 glasses of water a day!!

I started on the Ultimate Programme to lose weight and lost 17kgs in four months without the hassle I was used to with other diets and without an exercise programme. I had the energy to work from sunrise to well into the night.

In 1997 I had a knee injury at work that put me on crutches for 7 months. With the inactivity, I gained 40-50 lbs. I already had many years of chronic sinus problems: monthly bouts of sinusitis, frequent infections, sinus headaches and constant congestion or runny nose, PLUS I had numerous allergies that seemed to bother me constantly. Suddenly I started having difficulty breathing...just getting a full breath became problematic for me. Doctor's diagnosis - adult onset Asthma, due primarily to a large and rapid weight gain from an incapacitating knee injury. Hi, I am Matthew Carter and I am 22 years old. I have suffered my whole life with asthma and allergies. At times my air passages would almost close down and I could not breathe. I was always being rushed to the hospital. The last time I was air lifted with an asthma attack, a hole in the lung, and pneumonia. They did not think I would live. The whole experience was very scary and my parents were in Alaska on a vacation. No one could even reach them.

Right after this happened my mom got into Herbalife. She went to training and heard about Schizandra and RoseOx and all the other great products that Herbalife has that can help the problems I had. I had also gained weight from the steroids.

I have been chronically asthmatic all my life. I have been on every oral ventilator, cortisone, and every allergy test you can imagine. I am also a chronic hay fever sufferer. I have at least three asthma reliever pumps at any given time. I used to use these at least 4 times a day. I could not walkup a flight of stairs without wheezing, neither could I jog, walk long distances, or even walk fast.

I have been on the ultimate Herbalife programme now since May 2002. I found that not only did I lose all my excess weight, but my need for my asthma medication began to gradually reduce. Although I still carry around my pumps, there are days when I go an entire day without it. My breathing is easier at nights and I don't wheeze climbing stairs or walking fast anymore. My quality of life has much improved. Also my hay fever which worries me a lot all year round, has improved so much that I no longer carry around a face cloth everywhere I go.

My almost 4 year old triplet son, YM,(child’s name) due to premature lungs was born with sleep apnea and some allergies.

I suffered from Asthma from the age of 24 and once ended up in hospital after a bad attack. Over the years (I am now 54) I tried homeopathy, acupuncture, injections, tissue salts, Scientology and many other alternate therapies to try and control the Asthma without using allopathic medication but to no avail. I resigned myself to taking the cortisone Flixotide inhaler every day for the rest of my life to control the problem.

A month after starting the Herbalife Protein Powder and Fibre and herb tablets I felt that my chest seemed clearer and started weaning myself off the flixotide. After 6 weeks I was totally off the flixotide and my chest was clear, no wheezing except for the odd occasion .

Now 4 months later the flixotide is sitting in a cupboard and I don't even know that I ever had Asthma.

I also had rhinitis which is an allergy in the nose. I couldn't breathe unless I took my flixotide (cortisone) and Livostin (antihistamine) inhalers morning and evening - this kept my nose open but I still couldn't smell at all.

I nearly died about 8 years ago from my life-long chronic asthma, pneumonia and being 70 pounds overweight. I also suffered from a degenerative back disease.
