I had just been made redundant in September 2003, and years at a desk and eating the wrong things had taken its toll.

I was very overweight obese in fact, suffered from snoring and sleep apnoea, which by the way is very frightening for your partner when you stop breathing it can kill if you don’t start breathing again. I also suffered from arthritis from the age of 25 it had become really bad in the last 5 to 7 years in my neck, back & shoulders and had started to travel into my elbows and hands.

I was introduced to Herbalife at the beginning of October 2003 and started the Herbalife weight loss programme. I was told that with the right Nutrition my body would lose weight and heal its self. They were not wrong. I was 227 lbs and had a BMI of 30.8 which is classed as obese. Hey what did I have to lose?

I had tried other diets like the Cambridge which I lasted on two weeks did not like the taste of the products did not mix all that well, Plus I could not have food until I got to my target weight. Sorry I like my food. I then tried the Atkins which I stopped after a week thinking this cannot be healthy plus it was not getting good press at the time.

Within two weeks of starting on Herbalife I lost 9 lbs and started feeling a lot better than I had for a long time my energy levels also increased. The products tasted great the programme was easy to follow and I could feel the benefits quite quickly.

I set my target to reach 180 lbs a loss of 47 lbs at the same time I had looked more into Herbalife and decided to become an Independent Herbalife Distributor. It seemed a good move work from home and helping others find the life changing benefits of Herbalife. By the end of February I had reached 195lbs. I still ate the foods I liked because I was told I could.

During February I fluctuated between 195 & 191 lbs. I was the introduced to Herbalife Protein Powder just add it to your shakes I was told. This product is awesome. The middle of March 2004 I reached better than my goal 179 lbs, which I have maintained since. I might fluctuate by 2 lbs up or down.

The second part of my story is my arthritis. In February I started taking Herbalifeline & Xtra- Cal from our Target Health Care Range although my arthritis had improved I still had pain from time to time within two weeks of starting these products I was almost pain free within three weeks I was pain free its great. I got a chest infection a month after starting the weight loss program & I took Schinadra Plus & Rose OX rather than go to the doctor the infection was gone in three days.

Thanks to Herbalife I have got my life back and can do things now I could not 5 months ago. It is true what I was told give your body good nutrition and you can lose weight and help the healing process.

I have a new job and believe me I get more satisfaction from helping others achieve the results than I have had, than any of my previous jobs. Its great feeling when one of my customers gets a result from the products and you know you have helped them to start changing their life. Six of my family all use Herbalife because of my product results including my 3 year old grandson who’s Eczema was that bad he would have to be covered each night with bandages to prevent him from scratching and making his body bleed, to being 95% clear he loves his Formula 1 shakes.

For as long as I can remember my mom always suffered from pain in her joints and bones because of arthritis. But now thanks to Herbalife she is pain free!!

I remember years ago she would lie in bed for 1 to 2 weeks at a time because of the pain - it got so bad one year she was in the hospital for 3 days. She got started on the Ultimate Green program and after 2 weeks of being on it she noticed her body wasn't so achey. Before Herbalife I had very bad Arthritis in my hands. I live on a golf course in FL and could not hold a club let alone swing one. My arthritis was so bad that I could not even open up a jelly jar.

I have been on the Herbalife Ultimate program since May 1, 2002. I have had good results in the area of weight loss and energy gain, yet the miracle to me has been the improvement of my arthritis in my hands.

I was a mess before finding Herbalife. I got on the products to lose weight - which I did - 45 lbs. and 60 inches. But, a miracle occurred.

You see, before Herbalife, I had suffered with arthritis since the age of 15. I've had 20 surgeries on my legs for this. I started using a cane at the age of 18. My mother had to teach my children how to skip, and ride a bike because I couldn't.

Because of the very strong medications I was on for pain, I developed an ulcer in my oesophagus, and also really bad colitis.

I've also been hospitalized 3 times for severe depression, anxiety attacks and suicide attempts. I was ready to "check out" of my life.

When I started using Herbalife, a miracle occurred. On the first day, my depression started to lift. I even got up and cooked for my family!

In six weeks I was off 6 medications for depression, anxiety attacks, colitis, acid reflux, and arthritis.

I can now RUN and SKIP with my kids. I even went hiking last summer!!!!

I would like to share my results in the hope that this gives someone out there some faith into trying the Herbalife Cellular Nutrition system.
  I wanted to lose weight badly as I was lacking confidence, uncomfortable in the size clothing that I was in and just plain embarrassed around people that I knew who were noticing the weight that I was putting on. To sum it up I felt pretty awful about life. I was also suffering from pretty bad hormonal acne which made me feel like a Leper.

When starting the Herbalife Program I had hope. I hoped that this would resolve my weight problems and I was keen to follow the program properly.
 To my delight after 15 weeks I had lost 17kg, 3 dress sizes and a total of 40 cm of body fat which I have maintained for some months now! During this time my acne has cleared up a lot and I am not only looking great but feeling great. In fact I have more energy now than I have ever felt before.

With such great results I started experimenting with some of the other targeted Herbalife supplements and now since taking Herbalifeline I have no longer been getting Arthritic pain in my knees. Prior to this I would always know when the rain was coming as I would be in agony 2 days before the rain was due. The only problem with this now is that my washing usually gets caught out in the rain! However this is a good thing!

I have also been on and off taking Tang Kuei which I have noticed a big difference in the way I get my monthly cycle. For someone who is sceptical that does ok.... my only advice is you have to give something a go before you can make a judgement.... So have faith and goooooooo with Herbalife! It has changed my life in so many ways!!

 Before Herbalife I was  very overweight (90  kilos+) and crippled with rheumatoid arthritis. I went onto the Herbalife Advance Programme (plus Herbalifeline, Xtra-Cal & Formula 4) and I lost 27 kilos in 4 months and... the best news is that I am no longer semi-crippled, the illness is in remission   and my doctor is still scratching his head.

My body was invaded with rheumatoid arthritis in 2000 - a fiftieth birthday present! It progressively worsened. By July 2002 my ankles, knees, hands and shoulders were seizing up. Walking was difficult and so slow, holding onto things was impossible with no strength left - my body felt as though it was coated on the inside with lead. Thought I might be able to work from home - hence found Herbalife.
